On 18 June 2026, attorney-at-law Oliwia Wiza-Carvalho had the pleasure of attending the Business Round Table with the Ambassador of Portugal in Poland, organized by the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
The event was held thanks to the hospitality of Bank Millennium and in cooperation with the Embassy of Portugal in Poland, AICEP and Quant Tank. It brought together representatives of business, public institutions and organizations involved in supporting economic cooperation between Poland and Portugal.
The meeting was opened by representatives of PPCC and H.E. the Ambassador of Portugal to Poland. One of the key points of the programme was the presentation by Professor Stanisław Kluza, representing SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Quant Tank, entitled “Poland and Portugal: A Growing Strategic Economic Partnership,” which focused on the development prospects of bilateral economic relations.
The programme also included speeches by H.E. the Ambassador of Portugal and Jorge Salvador from AICEP, who emphasized the importance of economic, investment and trade cooperation between Poland and Portugal.
The event concluded with a panel discussion entitled “How Business and Economic Diplomacy Can Strengthen Polish–Portuguese Cooperation,” during which participants exchanged views on the role of economic diplomacy in building sustainable business partnerships.
The conference confirmed the growing interest in Polish-Portuguese cooperation and provided a valuable platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange and identifying new opportunities for business development between both countries.
