Advocate Oliwia Wiza, founder and originator of the Wiza Law Firm, studied at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, where she simultaneously worked at a law firm specialising in immigration law. She was also employed at a law firm in Portugal specialising, among others, in the Golden Visa programme for foreign nationals, therefore she knows how important it is to receive support from people who are familiar with the regulations and customs of a new place of residence. Our services are tailored to your needs, we represent both foreigners and employers in the entire course of proceedings before voivodeship offices, as well as before the Head of the Office for Foreigners, administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, and, if requested by a client, we only prepare draft applications for a residence permit, appeals against negative official decisions, or we may advise, as part of consultations, on how to properly complete an application for a residence permit.
